The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments and can own mid-to-senior level hiring from end to end. This is more than a tactical role—it’s an opportunity to shape the candidate experience, coach hiring managers, and help us scale recruiting excellence across Asia and our global studios.

You’ll be joining a lean but ambitious team, reporting to the Head of Global TA, and partnering with stakeholders across business units, countries, and functions. You’ll manage critical searches, drive sourcing strategies, and keep the candidate journey human and high-touch.

What You’ll Do

    • Own full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple departments (game development, publishing, corporate, etc.)
    • Act as a daily recruiting partner to hiring managers—driving intake meetings, calibrations, interview strategy, and decision-making
    • Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn, contacts, and local market insights to build strong, diverse pipelines
    • Manage and optimize your workflows in the ATS(Lever), ensuring pipeline accuracy and stakeholder visibility
    • Guide candidates through the process with a high-touch experience, maintaining communication and engagement from first contact to close
    • Collaborate with the Head of TA on market research, hiring trends, and strategic feedback loops
    • Liaise with external vendors or agencies when needed and ensure alignment on role expectations and standards
    • Participate in training sessions, interview coaching, or tool rollouts to help uplift our hiring culture and operations

What You Bring

    • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, gaming, entertainment, or high-growth environments
    • Proven ability to work with hiring managers and business leaders across functions and countries
    • Strong sourcing skills and a growth mindset when it comes to tools, strategies, and candidate engagement
    • Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent communication and storytelling ability
    • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving processes and tools
    • Experience with ATS systems (Lever strongly preferred) and pipeline tracking
    • Passion for building fair, inclusive, and memorable candidate experiences
