As VP, Implementation, you will lead the successful delivery of long-term, high-impact enterprise implementations for nesto’s Mortgage Cloud platform. You’ll serve as the primary executive responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in our delivery practices. Acting as both a strategic leader and a hands-on execution expert, you’ll manage key client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and bring structure and excellence to every phase of the implementation lifecycle.
You’ll report directly to the COO and play a critical role in scaling our implementation practice, while driving impact for financial institutions.
What you’ll be doing
Lead Mortgage Cloud Implementations: Oversee all implementation projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring client goals are met and timelines are respected.
Own Client Success: Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients. Be the executive point of contact for all delivery matters, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project managers, analysts, and delivery leads. Set a clear vision and measurable goals. Promote cohesion and accountability across delivery teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align efforts across engineering, product, and operations to support timely and high-quality delivery.
Drive Delivery Excellence: Continuously improve implementation frameworks, delivery standards, and resource planning processes. Ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and business priorities.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Define and manage budgets, resources, and timelines across concurrent implementations. Track and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment across functions.
Act as Lead Project Manager: Provide hands-on leadership when needed to unblock teams, maintain momentum, and ensure success.
Who you are
Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations for financial institutions — ideally from a top-tier consulting firm.
Deep understanding of implementation methodologies, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
Strong technical foundation : able to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and collaborate effectively with engineers.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building trusted relationships.
Highly proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects.
Experience working with executive clients and internal leadership teams to drive results.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
