The Quantitative & Screening Operations Pod sits in Consumer Insights and our mission is to build solutions for quantitative research projects and programs. This includes partnerships on custom quantitative research projects, global trackers, and online screenings. We employ best practices alongside innovative methodologies to capture the voice of the consumer. 

We are looking for a stunning Senior Research Program Manager to join our Quantitative & Screening Operations Pod. This role will partner across Consumer Insights Content Researchers, Product, Data Science & Engineering, and Product Design teams along with external vendors to execute online content screenings and surveys. This role will identify and drive opportunities to innovate, and to build efficiency, which ultimately empowers Consumer Insights to deliver extraordinary insights for the company.

Responsibilities

    • Strategic leadership and operational execution of online screenings and surveys 
    • Develop and lead online screening and survey management workflows. This includes but is not limited to survey programming, data quality, data cleaning, incentive management, reporting, partnering with vendors 
    • Monitor participation rates and performance of live surveys
    • Manage troubleshooting for survey product and programming escalations 
    • Manage troubleshooting for leaks and anti-piracy escalations
    • Manage shifting research priorities and timelines for custom or panel-based survey projects
    • Assist in strategizing and planning recruitment for screening and survey participation
    • Identify innovation opportunities with internal processes and data tools related to the Netflix Preview Panel program
    • Partner with Customer service, Legal, Localization, and Post Production teams on Netflix Preview Club title screenings 

Qualifications

    • You have a minimum of 5 years of global research operations experience, working with Researchers ad cross-functional teams
    • Up to five years of experience managing online sample health, profile data, sampling, and deploying surveys
    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to make sound independent decisions while knowing when to call out issues
    • Flexibility to accommodate time zones or other team members and partners globally, as needed
    • Possess a passion for research and the ability to screen early TV shows and Movies to consumers
    • You thrive on the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment - making sound, contextualized, and independent decisions
    • You have a passion for finding the right approach, tool or solution for the challenge at hand
    • You enjoy being part of a team that can creatively flex and drive innovation for our research practice 
    • You’re a pragmatic problem solver and have a gift for identifying areas of improvement
    • You haven’t lost your ability (or passion!) to be hands-on or in the weeds when needed
    • You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience, managing, growing and inspiring teams
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000 - $470,000.
