As the Talent Coordinator Manager - APAC based in our APAC hub, you will have an outsized impact on Netflix’s success, by designing a regionalized candidate experience and leading a team of stunning talent coordinators aligned with Talent Acquisition.

Be Analytical - You are curious about the business, analyze trends in recruiting and translate it back to the coordination function. You use data as signals to seek to understand more, share opportunities, influence others and help inform your decisions.

- You’ve been a talent/recruiting coordinator
- You’ve lead a talent coordinating team and have strong people leadership experience
- You are obsessive about delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression
- You have strong project and program management skills
