We are seeking a Corporate Security Operations Manager to support our growing EMEA Safety and Security team.  This position will be responsible for the development and management of all physical security operations at Netflix corporate offices across EMEA. You will be empowered to make things happen and have a natural inclination to work within a high performance culture that is fast paced, dynamic and self-directed. This position will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and will report to the Director, Corporate Security Operations & Safety (based in Los Angeles).

Responsibilities

    • Manage all regional security operations programs, strategic services, and projects (non-production/studio) to minimize business risk exposure
    • Drive physical security programs, projects, and initiatives effectively including budget management, vendor management, and quality control and analyze the local security environment to identify emerging security trends that may impact the company
    • Further develop physical security investigations capabilities and analyze and investigate threats and security incidents impacting employees and offices
    • Develop, implement and rehearse emergency response and crisis management plans 
    • Lead and present security education awareness training programs 
    • Oversee management of contract security providers from RFP development through contract negotiation, analysis and execution and develop a multi-vendor / consultant network to ensure appropriate solutions are in pace to minimize business risk exposure
    • Develop and maintain guard post orders and response procedures, and best practices
    • Support and oversee the workplace safety program for all regional workplace facilities

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, relevant certifications (ex. CPP) a plus 
    • Leadership experience in a corporate physical security role (risk management, security, loss prevention, emergency preparedness, security systems, or equivalent)
    • Experience leading direct reports and contracted guards (both union and non-union)
    • Environmental Health & Safety certifications (preferred but not required)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Effective at collaborating cross-functionally and with at all levels of management
    • Capable of adapting to and leaning in to risk independently with a DIY mentality and drive results in a fast-paced and nimble environment
    • Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
