Overview
The AV Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the AV versioning and localisation processes of our EMEA Marcomms AV assets such as Teasers, Trailers, Social and TV spots etc. in a fast paced high-performance environment.  Supporting the AV Localisation Production Manager to manage our vendors who output a high volume of assets into 30+ languages, the role will require someone with 5+ years experience in editing and GFX animation looking to advance in their career in a producer role. Someone who is passionate about all aspects of AV post production, has an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in an ever-changing environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity and can demonstrate strong judgement in the face of ambiguity.

Key Areas and Skills

AV PRODUCTION LOCALISATION KNOWLEDGE

    • Oversee end-to-end localisation workflows using our internal production tools
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on AfterEffects, Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop. 3D is a plus.
    • Knowledge of motion graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-form content marketing materials.
    • Knowledge of AV Post Production workflows. This includes current and upcoming standards, as well as best practices for codecs, frame rates, and HD, 4K deliveries
    • Knowledge of best practices and specs for advertising on social channels broadcast and cinema. Trafficking is a plus.
    • Ability to pick up new software and tools very quickly.

XF PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP

    • Work closely with the AV Producers to understand the inflow of localisation projects in order to allocate projects to the appropriate vendors.
    • Collaborate with the Import Operations team, set deadlines and advise on production needs impacting upstream planning of EMEA imported TV and Cinema deliveries.
    • Collaborate with the Paid Social Operations team in advising the quickest and most effective production strategy for delivering our Reactive paid social campaigns.
    • Collaborate with our Globalisation and Dubbing teams, providing upstream visibility on projects and deadlines.
    • Ensure internal partners are up to date on the latest brand guidelines and file specs for delivery.

VENDOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    • Own day to day communication and escalation with internal AV producers, the AV Localisation Manager and external vendors in order to efficiently manage campaigns and key technical initiatives.
    • Provide technical support during GFX localisation production and QC processes
    • Support the onboarding of new vendors into our tooling ecosystem
    • Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
    • Solution-oriented and  able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign.
