The role of Engagement Search at one of Copenhagen’s coolest consultancies!
We are looking to strengthen one of our core teams in Netlight Copenhagen, called Engagement Search (ES), with creative individuals who are interested in tech, sales and growth!
As part of the Engagement Search (ES) team, your role is pivotal in driving sales and forging new business opportunities, while also playing a crucial part in building and further developing Netlight. You will have the unique opportunity to learn about and work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative methods, including AI, Design, Software Development, and Leadership. You will be finding and establishing new clients, building relations and working closely with our IT-consultants at Netlight. You will be creating business-collaborations, driving digital change and taking charge of every part of the process together with your passionate ES team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
· Exploring the Copenhagen tech scene and identifying client needs
· Meeting and networking with industry leaders in the Copenhagen tech environment
· Building strong and sustainable relationships
· Working closely together with the clients you open up
· Managing projects from end-to-end
· Collaborating closely with your passionate team and our IT-consultants both locally and across offices, The One Netlight Way.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you are likely an outgoing and driven individual with a passion for end-to-end sales, exploring the tech market, and expanding your network both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications for the role
· Soon-to-be graduate (2025) / graduated in 2024
· Master’s degree within engineering, IT, business administration, management or equivalent
· Passion for people, sales, business development, IT and entrepreneurship
· Interest in learning new things and developing your skills (especially within software)
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must
· Relevant experience is a plus, for example within sales, business development, venture capital, start-ups, networking or similar, perhaps through internships, engagement in student organisations etc.
