Your future team
Our global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. Join our dynamic HR Operations team of seven professionals at our Stockholm office, located atop Gallerian.
As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the future of HR, driving HR core deliveries, growth and success in an environment built on collaboration, development and trust. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Global HR Team to ensure alignment and advance key initiatives.
People partner
Working in HR at Netlight requires a strong business sense and exceptional relationship-building skills, as you'll be part of a fast-paced, ever-evolving, and people-focused organization.
As a People Partner, you will drive operational HR excellence across the employee lifecycle, taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including:
• Managing employee relations and enhancing the employee experience throughout their journey.
• Coaching, advising, and training leaders on key personnel topics—such as work environment, performance, well-being, and labor law—to empower them in their roles.
• Supporting talent management initiatives to help our people reach their full potential.
• Ensuring HR policies and processes align with our overall people strategy.
• Driving efficient global HR practices while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Managing and developing partnerships related to employee well-being and benefits.
• Leading employee engagement efforts, including surveys and initiatives to assess and improve organizational well-being.
• Handling people data across the employee lifecycle within our HRIS.
• Utilizing People Analytics to analyze and share key insights that support informed decision-making and business strategy.
Your profile
We are looking for an HR professional with an open and creative mindset, eager to learn and apply their experience to Netlight. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working collaboratively, take initiative, and are committed to both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
• University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
• Broad experience within the HR field and 2+ years of full-time work experience within a similar role; employee life cycle, advising leaders, developing processes and guidelines etc.
• You communicate fluently verbally and in written form in Swedish and have a professional level of English, as English is our organizational language.
