That is why it is important that you are a self-driven person, who is comfortable with taking initiative and responsibility, as well as a service-minded and communicative team player.

YOUR ROLE
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, business, and technology. Your mission is to transform complex data into actionable insights — while also helping ensure that our data is structured and accessible to support reliable self-service analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

Data Modeling & Self-Service
- Help shape and maintain core datasets and metrics definitions using dbt and SQL.
- Ensure data is easy to find, trustworthy, and accessible to non-technical users.
- Partner with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to improve the quality and usability of our data platform.

Analysis & Insights
- Enable analysis of business performance, trends, and KPIs using data from Snowflake and other sources.
- Create clear, insightful dashboards and reports in tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver answers through data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across teams and tools.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, Sales, and other teams to identify opportunities for better data use.
- Support business users to improve data literacy across the organization and by providing easy-to-use datasets and documentation.
- Contribute to agile ways of working, participating in planning, refinement, and delivery cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Location: Based in Stockholm
- Background: A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. statistics, economics, business, computer science) is preferred — but not required.
- Experience: 2+ years working with data in a professional setting (e.g. as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or similar).
- Skills:
-Proficient in writing advanced SQL queries
-Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel or similar)
-Comfortable exploring data and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders
-Familiarity with dbt and/or data warehousing tools like Snowflake
-Bonus: experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Matlab, or R)
-Comfortable with Git and agile methodologies
-Fluent in written and spoken English (business level)

WHO YOU ARE
- Analytical and detail-oriented — you love making sense of complex data
- Curious and collaborative — you ask great questions and work well with others
- A strong communicator — able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Proactive and self-motivated, but also enjoy being part of a team
