JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for someone to join our First Impression team for a temporary full-time position over one year as our colleague will go on parental leave. First Impression is a part of our Operations team in Netlight and we enable the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. As a front desk and conference host, you will have an exceptional sense of service and a driven personality with high ambitions. Your role will involve a strong focus on reception and administration. In this role, a professional and positive first impression is important, both during personal meetings, email and phone. As a front desk and conference host, you need an open and creative mindset, as new perspectives are highly valued in Netlight. You are resourceful, organized and like to challenge yourself to grow alongside your responsibilities. You will have all Netlight’s combined knowledge available – because knowledge sharing, diverse experiences, equality, and personal values are what working at Netlight is about.
Tasks
- As our star at the front desk, you will give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors.
- Registrations of new hires and closure processes
- Representing First Impression in new hire events.
- Conference and workshop host for day events.
- Food ordering for breakfast & lunch events.
- Responsibility for phone subscriptions.
- Managing post and deliveries to and from the office.
- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters and core business.
- Support with sustainability and environmental work.
- Support with Oslo Office relocation.
Requirements
- Verbal and written fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Excellent communication- and people skills.
- Experience in customer service and/or reception.
- Preferably experience with event preparation.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
