YOUR ROLE
Become a key member of our Internal Support Operations Team, providing crucial IT support within our supportive network spanning Stockholm, Munich, Hamburg, and Oslo. You’ll be directly assisting our colleagues by troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, ensuring they have the IT services and processes they need to succeed. This role involves a range of tasks including procurement, inventory management, and IT equipment installation, as well as contributing to our global and local support strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver first-level internal IT support, ensuring colleague satisfaction and seamless IT operations.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and installation of IT equipment for our staff.
- Continuously improve support levels and maintain optimal IT environments in all our offices.
- Provide internal support and enhance our systems, services, and supplier management processes.
