Our local Talent Search team is responsible for growing our Zurich office with the right people and setting their foundation for building a career at Netlight. In this holistic role, your main responsibility will be end-to-end (tech-)recruiting - but it does not end there! You will also be working on employer branding & marketing, event management, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, and project management based on your strengths and passions.
