Do you excel at building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to drive individual and organizational growth? Are you looking to widen your scope and impact across countries?

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an HR People Partner stationed at our centrally located Oslo office, with responsibilities that extend to our offices in Copenhagen and Helsinki. In this role, you will act as the primary HR Partner for these three locations, focusing on leadership support and strategic people initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with local HR colleagues in Copenhagen and Helsinki, who handle day-to-day HR operations, and work as part of our wider global HR teams.

Who We Are

We are a network organization of more than 2000 role models making aspiring digital leaders successful in their business-critical IT projects. Netlight has been awarded several times as top employer, as well as for growth, continued profitability and engagement for diversity, equity, and equality within the IT industry. Today we are growing across Europe and outside the EU, currently with 12 active international offices.

As a network organization, our way of working is based on leveraging competence, allowing us to benefit from our collective expertise, beyond the ability of the individual. Netlight is built on trust and self-leadership!

Your future Team
Our global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. You’ll be the dedicated HR presence in our centrally located Oslo office with 120+ employees, working closely with colleagues and partners across functions locally, as well as our HR People Partners and leaders in Copenhagen and Helsinki. While you’ll have ownership of the Oslo HR agenda, you’ll never work in isolation—collaboration, support, alignment and knowledge-sharing are core to how we operate. As a key member of our team, you'll be part of shaping the future of HR in an environment built on co-creation, trust and development.

While your home base will be in Oslo, occasional travel to our Copenhagen and Helsinki offices will be expected—based on your own assessment of when in-person presence adds the most value.
