Netlight Munich is growing, and we are now looking for an Office & Feelgood Manager to join our First Impression Team in Munich. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. The role is an entry-level position on a full-time basis.

We are currently seeking an Office & Feelgood Manager with outstanding customer service skills, a motivated mindset and a strong desire for professional growth. You will primarily be responsible for the front desk and office related tasks, as well as managing external workshops held at our office. Those tasks will include welcoming clients, talents and Netlighters, coordinating food orders, and ensuring a proper setup for our events. As a member of our First Impression Team, you will play an important role in delivering a professional and positive experience to all stakeholders, whether through email, telephone interactions, or in-person meetings.
YOUR TASKS

- Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors at the front desk
- Be responsible for our new hire process & onboarding events
- Create a well-functioning and pleasant work environment (e.g. Office Orders, post deliveries etc.)

- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters
- Cooperation with our operations team
- Conference, workshop & event host

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO IT?
- You are a people person & a humble team player
- Your communication- & people skills are top-notch and you can naturally build trust
- You are native in German & business fluent in written and spoken English
- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, reception and conference hosting is meriting, but not a prerequisite
- Curious and resourceful mindset
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
