Netomi is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can be a business partner, and help us
build, streamline and sustain our HR and Operations function. This position reports to the VP of
Finance & Operations and supports all functions of the organization from people perspective.
This role will require you to not only help develop new strategies, but also drive their execution
and own the outcomes.

    • Support efforts to create operational excellence and drive greater efficiency within the organization while driving employee engagement
    • Build a scalable performance culture that can remain strong and consistent by implementing scalable processes to support our business as it grows
    • Design, develop, execute, measure, and improve connected talent, leadership capability and culture (D&I, Engagement Surveys, Values, post-COVID workforce planning, work-life balance, Onboarding and Offboarding, Manager Development, Internal communications) strategies
    • Manage the global recruiting team to hire the best talent available in the market
    • Assist with running Netomi's headcount and compensation planning
    • Oversee Netomi's payroll processes for both full-time employees and contractors across the globe
    • Conduct monthly reviews of employee expenses, obtain necessary approvals and process payment
    • Assist with other HR-related ad-hoc projects

We are looking for a blend of:

    •  3+ years of demonstrated ability in Human Resources/People Ops position preferably in a global capacity
    • Expertise in defining and crafting strategy and scaling operations within the scope of the HR function
    • Strong ability to execute, measure results and demonstrate progress
    • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity
    • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to have them coalesce around project missions and tasks
    • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to improvise processes where needed
    • Willing and able to roll up sleeves as an individual contributor and also influence and leverage corporate resources
    • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
    • Creative, innovative, and always thinks outside the box
