All of this is enabled by our world-class, smartphone-based 3D body scanning technology, commercially known as CurveCapture® (medical) and Verifyt® (retail). 

About the role:
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Director to join our team to lead our consumer-facing efforts. As Influencer Marketing Director, you'll work with senior leadership to establish our influencer marketing strategy and set performance objectives for this channel, while ensuring all externally generated content remains on brand. You will oversee an internal team or agency as they establish and maintain influence relationships, but you should also be prepared to step in for in-the-weeds execution as necessary.
This is a collaborative position that also requires a high degree of independent work due to the nature of our small team. The Influencer Marketing Director will report to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals, leveraging influencer partnerships to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand affinity for our fashion app.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Oversee the identification, recruitment, and management of influencers and content creators, ensuring alignment with brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
    • Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing contractual agreements, while providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to optimize collaboration outcomes.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, content, product, and legal, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of influencer initiatives with broader marketing efforts and company initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer marketing, continuously innovating and evolving strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to internal team members or agency partners responsible for influencer management and campaign execution, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
    • Monitor and manage influencer marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to support campaign execution and achieve desired outcomes within financial constraints.

Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of 5-7 years in influencer marketing roles, with experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing strategies within the B2C sector, preferably in the fashion or tech industry.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in managerial positions, overseeing teams responsible for influencer management and campaign execution.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and optimizations.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for identifying and leveraging innovative influencer marketing opportunities, content trends, and platform capabilities to drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving aggressive performance targets through influencer collaborations.
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, as well as relevant regulations and best practices governing influencer partnerships and disclosures.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, where agility, innovation, and hands-on execution are essential to success.
