Newfront scales by hiring brokers who join with their book of business. Through automation and artificial intelligence, we eliminate paperwork and pay brokers a higher split of their commission revenue. We represent a paradigm shift in the industry and a career path for tens of thousands of brokers.
As we continue to scale our growth efforts in the next year, we are looking for an outbound sales professional to prospect and develop business on behalf of our broker team.
You’ll be expected to:
- Develop a top-of-funnel prospect list of customers
- Test and develop cold calling scripts to sell Newfront's value proposition
- Qualify lead-lists and set up sales meetings on behalf of Newfront brokers
- Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy
- Contribute to a fast-growing outbound sales team with peer coaching and best practice development
You’ll be a great fit if you are/have:
- A strong verbal communicator
- Naturally extroverted and engaging
- Tenacious, competitive, and independently motivated
- Creative and willing to test new strategies on the phone
- Metrics and quota driven (with a track record of exceeding quota)
- 1-2 years in an outbound sales role
