We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running and start generating warm leads for the business by cold calling lead lists. You will be provided with lists of businesses that are our target clients and provided with the tools, training, and scripts to have productive conversations.

We have a 2-week training program to learn insurance lingo and share call feedback. Given how quickly we're growing and scaling, there are substantial opportunities for successful callers to take on larger and more meaningful roles in the business.

This position is open to remote candidates with Pacific Time Zone working hours. #LI-Remote

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Prospecting cold lead lists via phone and email outreach
    • Engaging interested prospects and setting appointments with our brokers
    • Collecting relevant business and insurance information from warm prospects to set up brokers for success

You'll be a great fit if you have:

    • 2-3 years of sales, telemarketing, or cold calling experience
    • Ability to learn quickly and iterate on systems and processes
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proven track record of driving sales
