We are growing rapidly and are looking for strong operational leaders to get in on the ground floor and lead a team to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in operations and/or customer-facing roles.
You’ll get the opportunity to own the #1 goal for Newfront while working closely with brokers to create and refine a repeatable structure for success. This role reports to the Head of Broker Operations.
You'll be responsible for:
- Growing revenue by leading a team to target and manage new business
- Owning regular check-ins and leadership of group meetings with brokers
- Developing and documenting business processes to help streamline broker workflows
- Working closely with Newfront leadership to structure and execute on the Newfront broker experience
- Ensuring we achieve our 2019 goal of 100% broker happiness
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations and/or customer success, including leading initiatives across multiple teams
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to be agile and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong sense of ownership, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Bonus points if you have sales or sales leadership experience
