Newfront scales by hiring brokers who join with their book of business. The hiring of each broker represents hundreds of thousands (and often millions) of dollars to Newfront in recurring revenue. Many fundamental strategies from the world of tech have never been applied to this industry, and we apply expertise and technology from the startup ecosystem to create generate interest within this broker community.

That's where you come in: someone who can be both the welcoming face of the office and the knight-in-shining-armor who tackles problems before they surface. You're great with communication, approachable by all members of the team, and carry the honor of being the point of contact for all onsite needs. When employees come in, they're greeted with a stand-up office and can easily flow through their day at work. You understand the importance of company culture, keeping the office running, and maintaining solid connections.

You'll be responsible for:

    • Direct Vendor Relations
    • Communicating and being the POC for all vendors that come onsite to provide services. Communicating quality service issues, delays, and additional problems to Bee.
    • Office Maintenance
    • Creating a safe, seamless environment for employees in the office, managing inventory of office necessities, and keeping common areas neat and presentable for guests and employees each day (8a - 5p).
    • Visitor Support
    • Providing pleasant greeting and support to onsites upon arrival, setting them up in their meeting rooms (with requested accommodations), notifying Organizer of arrival, checking them in via Envoy.
    • All-Hands Assistance
    • Work alongside IT to ensure smooth presentation of the deck.
    • IT Inventory / On-boarding Management
    • Maintain a consistent on-boarding presentation for new employees, including desk set up and first day Office Tours. Communicate with IT Manager to keep on-boarding needs in stock (i.e. adapters, cords, laptops, risers, keyboard + mouse). Coordinate needs for interviews.
    • Recruiting Assistance
