At Newfront, we provide our brokers with high-quality, bespoke collateral for growing their personal business. We have a huge opportunity to differentiate our company through design, and our goal is to establish the most exciting brand and visual identity in our industry. We’ll look to you to drive these efforts.
In this role, you will be the first brand designer at Newfront. As such, you must have a very high bar for creative quality and be comfortable art directing projects. You will work closely with everyone from our CEO to product managers, engineers, brokers, and account managers to develop creative work that reflects and improves our brand and visual identity.
That creative work will include websites, ads, signage, brochures, executive presentations, and more. You have an expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion, as well as deep experience with design tools (we use Figma and the Adobe Suite).
You also work to scale your impact by creating and maintaining reusable brand assets, setting brand design guidelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. It’s critical that you are comfortable managing your own project timelines.
