Why we're looking for someone like you:
As Head of Claims, you'll be responsible for:
Designing and implementing an industry-leading claims experience for each line of coverage
Providing clients with claims advocacy for all lines of property & casualty insurance
Guiding clients through complex claims issues through resolution
Developing and continuously refining Newfront's internal claims process, including establishing baseline performance indicators
Designing and implementing scalable competitive differentiators for Newfront's claims offering
Leading and designing scalable claim review processes
Working cross-functionally with our Operations and Engineering teams to advance our claims analytics capabilities, expand claims handling and resolution functionality in Newfront's software platform, and design a risk management ecosystem that encompasses analytics, risk reduction, and claims management
Incorporating claims subject matter expertise into frameworks that can be used by your growing team
Leading recurring claims review processes with top clients of our brokerage
