Reporting to the Head of People, this role will play an integral role in developing, maintaining, and thinking creatively about compensation strategy and programs at Newfront. We want this person to help us attract and retain the best talent by providing expert consultation on all compensation-related matters, from hiring to retention.

Responsbilities

    • Conduct market analysis and evaluate our compensation strategy competitiveness in cash, incentive and equity
    • Develop and implement rewards and recognition planning, performance cycle, communication and training
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and consult with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, employees, and leadership team by providing compensation guidance
    • Review all offers in close collaboration with Recruiting to ensure we are delivering competitive offers while keeping internal equity in mind
    • Responsible for survey providers relationship and survey submission

Requirements

    • 4+ years experience managing compensation strategy and implementation - preferably with some of that time spent “in-house” in a corporate environment
    • Experience managing equity programs in a pre-IPO company environment that is scaling rapidly
    • Comfortable with sales compensation including benchmarking and incentive design
    • Able to work well cross functionally with Recruiting, Finance and business leaders
    • Can translate complex compensation programs across the business in understandable terms
    • Comfortable counseling both leaders and employees on compensation questions
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Excellent with Excel
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
