We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM’s, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others.
The BD Executive will be responsible for acquisition and onboarding of mentors, instructors and interviewers for the smooth training of the students. You will be the first point of contact for a new potential client seeking information on the products and services the company provides.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Making calls and convincing the professionals to get onboard for teaching the IT students.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Increasing the value of current consultants while attracting new ones.
- Generating leads using Linkedln and other social media platforms.
- 1-3 years of experience in business, sales or related field.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Experience in lead generation is mandatory.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Google apps.
- Strong data management skills.
- Comfortable making calls everyday
