Supervisor: Call Center Director
Hours: Full-time, exempt
Location: Remote: Must be willing to work hours conducive to operations in the Pacific time zone
Summary: You are the first point of contact for our customers who are in need of a credible and professional company to help solve their unique situations.  You should apply only if you’re a positive person who’s energized by your love for helping people in need and love helping solve problems and representing a very fast-growing company in an evolving real estate niche.  Your work will be done with your personal touch using phone and email.

Your Job:

    • Exceptionally represent our company with your positive personality and energy, every time.
    • Use your sales skills and to convert inbound leads/calls into appointments with our licensed field agents.
    • Use your personality to build rapport and leave a lasting and positive impression in the prospects mind about HomeGo
    • Follow our sales processes to build rapport, qualify customers and schedule appointments.
    • Always make good documentation of conversations for future follow-up to be relevant.
    • Follow our follow-up processes for non-contacted leads and help convert those considering their options.

You Are:

You Have:

    • 2-3 years of sales or collections call center experience
    • Exceptional phone sales skills and ability to overcome objections to convert
    • You are exceptional at phone and email communications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Experience with Hubspot and Five9 is a plus 
    • Bi-lingual is a plus, increased base pay as well
