Due to our expansive growth, our St. Petersburg office is seeking new talent to join our team! As a sales agent, you will be at the pulse of the investment real estate industry. Your duties will include:
Developing and Maintaining a rapport with our investors. You will be interacting with clients to go over standard operating procedures, to financially pre-qualify investors, and to determine the investor's property criteria and exit strategies.
Matching the investor needs to our property inventory (which is built up of properties that fit typical investor criteria). You will present properties to the investors.
Assist the investor with the closing process of the transaction.

Although prior real estate experience is not required, ideal candidates will have prior exposure in Sales, Logistics, or Finance.
