The Social Media Manager owns the organic social media presence for our brands. This position will work closely with the marketing teammates as well as with real estate agents and managers in the field and will play a critical role in growing an active and engaged social media following and measuring the success of our social media presence.
Although we are headquartered in Dallas, Texas, this is a fully remote role that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
As the Social Media Manager, You Will:
- Maintain the brand’s social media profiles and presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and any new channels added in the future.
- Grow an active and engaged following/community on all managed social media platforms.
- Partner with managers, agents and internal teams to source content that highlights our customers’ successes, our market expertise, and our culture.
- Provide timely and thoughtful responses to inbound communications, comments, and positive reviews across platforms.M
- Measure our social media presence and report monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership.
- Manage and respond to reviews for the company across multiple review platforms, (including but not limited to) Google, Facebook and Better Business Bureau.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas that will drive greater relevance and engagement.
- Create content using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create social media templates for managers and agents to use and provide guidance on social media best practices.
- Assist in the creation and management of company-owned social media groups.
- Other duties to be assigned as needed.
We're Looking For A Teammate That Has
- At least 5 years of social media marketing experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- A knack for creative storytelling and conveying a distinct brand voice.
- Command of creative tools and apps like the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent written communication and graphic design skills.
- A commitment to deadlines and clear communication.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
