What You'll Do:

    • Play a key role in day-to-day financial operations and month-end reporting.
    • Manage financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities.
    • Support the month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
    • Perform intercompany entries and resolving reconciliation discrepancies.
    • Monitor credit card activity and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP through regular audits and process oversight.
    • Support external audits with documentation and timely responses.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally and jumping in where needed to support broader team goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
    • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Experience with NetSuite (or a similar ERP system); Salesforce experience is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP.
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
    • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
