About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our rapidly growing, multi-entity organization. This is a hands-on role that requires a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, strong systems experience (especially ERP), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial data while working alongside a collaborative, remote-first team.

What You'll Do:
- Own daily and monthly accounting tasks: bank reconciliations, journal entries, account accruals, and expense allocations
- Manage general ledger maintenance across multiple legal entities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Perform intercompany transactions and resolve reconciliation issues
- Review and track credit card and expense activity for timely reporting
- Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
- Proactively identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or process inefficiencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, and other departments
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement prep
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce or expense platforms (Concur, Divvy, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
