About The Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager – Lifecycle Focus, you’ll be the go-to expert for marketing automation, campaign execution, and operational rigor across our lifecycle programs. You’ll manage and optimize email, SMS, and push journeys in Iterable, ensure clean and accurate data integrations across platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake, and support key analytics and website performance initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for a builder and problem-solver who loves systematizing complexity, uncovering insights, and collaborating across teams.

What You'll Do:

    • Build, optimize, and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push) in Iterable
    • Develop audience segmentation, personalization logic, and send control systems
    • QA campaigns for accuracy, compliance, and performance
    • Monitor deliverability and channel health using Validity Everest
    • Maintain clean and reliable data integrations between Iterable, Salesforce, HighTouch, and other tools
    • Partner with BI on dashboards, attribution models, and performance insights in ThoughtSpot
    • Support qualitative and quantitative survey initiatives and data analysis
    • Document marketing workflows, logic, and systems in Confluence, Lucidchart, and Jira
    • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and reporting processes
    • Assist with evaluations and implementation of martech tools and systems
    • Collaborate with Product, BI, Engineering, and Website teams on tagging, tracking, and data consistency
    • Translate business goals into scalable automation and infrastructure solutions
    • Support marketing initiatives that rely on accurate data and operational precision

What You Bring to the Table:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
    • Proficiency with Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools
    • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and digital tagging best practices
    • Experience coordinating across teams to execute campaigns and extract actionable insights
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
