We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our Agent Journey team — a cross-functional group focused on scaling the platforms and systems that power our agents’ day-to-day success. You’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and evolving core infrastructure across Salesforce (Propertybase), AWS, and other internal tools that fuel how opportunities flow into the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role — one where you’ll drive architecture, guide external vendors, contribute code, and help shape the technical roadmap.
