Are you an experienced real estate transaction professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We’re seeking a Transaction Coordination Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for front-side title transactions. This hybrid role is based in Addison, TX, and requires regular in-office presence. Only candidates located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area will be considered.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Transaction Coordinators under Clearway Transaction Management
- Establish and monitor KPIs, promoting accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Track progress of title transactions to ensure timelines are met and roadblocks are resolved
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, operations, and compliance
- Strengthen relationships with clients, escrow officers, sellers, and third-party vendors
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for your team
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant state and federal regulations
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and align the team with business goals
- Provide outstanding service to investors and wholesalers through smooth transaction handling
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or title transaction management
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Deep understanding of title processes, underwriting, and compliance
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZipForms, and transaction management software
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience working with investor-based, wholesale, high-volume, or double-close transactions (required)
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and be able to commute to Addison, TX
