We are now looking for an experienced Office Manager that takes pride in ensuring seamless operations and enjoys having a diverse range of responsibilities. This position reports to our Regional Operations Manager and works with our London based team to deliver our goals by managing the London office. 
 
What you'll be doing: Te whakamahere 
Our London team are looking for an experienced and energetic Office Manager to join them.  If you are flexible yet process orientated, have a strong attention to detail and a positive 'can-do' attitude, then the broad scope of this Office Manager role might be the perfect fit for you.  
 
The Office Manager is accountable for the day-to-day administration and operation of the office. Your excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully work with many different stakeholders. You will enjoy variety in your interactions with people ranging from greeting visitors, supporting the wider customer facing team, managing supplier relationships, and the logistics of event management.  
 This role is a critical part of our team supporting the regional hub within EMEA, also our largest office in the region. Outside of the traditional Office Manager role you will work with our Regional Leaders, across Marketing, Operations and Trade on different projects to help us enhance and deliver our regional goals. This role would work as part of a wider team of Office Managers across our other offices in Europe in sync to share best practice and explore new ideas together.  
 
What you'll need to be successful: Ō Pūkenga 
- At least 2-3 years working in an Office Manager role or similar position. 
- Experience in administrative and project coordination.  
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English 
- Strong customer focus  
- Focus on identifying ways to improve our processes and systems. 
- Tech savvy skills using MS Office software, database software. 
- Bonus points for fluency in Spanish/Italian
