What you'll be doing: Te whakamahere
As the SharePoint & Power Platform Lead, you will be at the heart of our knowledge products and workflows are optimised to enable efficient secure processes across NZTE. This includes, but not limited to:
 
·         Diagnosing and advising on privacy, sharing, permission solutions within SharePoint in collaboration with our Data and Digital teams. 
·         Providing back-up technical support for our SharePoint / Teams environment and existing Power Automate workflows
·         Providing mentorship to up-skill support staff in managing technical requests for SharePoint / Teams / Power Automate.
·         Leading technical best practice discovery for the implementation of MS Viva suite products.
·         Defining process for staying up to date and broadly communicating upcoming changes to Viva suite, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive products.
 
What you'll need to be successful: Ō Pūkenga
 As an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Lead, you will have experience in designing, implementing and managing SharePoint environments and other key knowledge management and information/document management systems (Power Automate, Microsoft 365, One Drive) to meet business requirements. You will also be responsible for leading technical best practice discovery for the implementation of the MS Viva suite of products, so experience across these products is advantageous.
 
You will also have proven experience in either business analysis or project management and will be comfortable with gathering information and presenting recommendations across all levels of a business to ensure ease of understanding. You will also have a continuous improvement mindset and will not be afraid of sharing your ideas and dealing with ambiguity.
