The General Manager will ensure the execution of smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Next Health to provide the highest level of customer service and achieve financial success.

Job Description
As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Embrace and uphold Next Health's core values and mission.
- Collaborate in coordinating, facilitating, and executing robust relationships with team members and internal stakeholders. This entails overseeing and managing compliance, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of operational procedures through effective leadership, enabling the Next Health team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
- Guarantee that all patient care and services not only meet but surpass regulatory and industry standards.
- Provide oversight for all facility employees, including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Customer Experience Manager, and Health Hacker.
- Manage the financial performance of the facility for financial sustainability.
- Stay updated on legal compliance, safety regulations, and evolving safety measures.
- Actively contribute to generating location-specific business in collaboration with the sales and marketing division.
- Actively develop team members and conduct consistent employee reviews and performance evaluations — uphold positive team morale consistently.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff within the facility.
- Supervise the presentation and maintenance of the facility, ensuring aesthetic appeal, proper functionality, and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.

What to Expect / What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the healthcare facility
- Oversee and manage staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
- Ensure that all patient care and services meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards
- Manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the facility
- Collaborate with other leaders in the company to develop and execute strategic plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders
- Ensure that the facility maintains a safe and secure environment for all patients and staff

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality management, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
- Strong financial management skills and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HR-related business practices, including recruiting, timesheet auditing, coaching, etc.
- Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve internal and external conflicts.
- Effective liaison with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Strong business acumen.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Naturally outgoing and friendly demeanor.

Expected Compensation
$90,000 - $100,000/annual salary + benefits + bonus potential
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
