Your Impact:
As a Franchise Development Manager at Next|Health, you will be responsible for the sale of franchise licenses and territories around the world. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying and nurturing franchise prospects, negotiating deals, and providing ongoing support to ensure franchisee success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales and development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Description:
As a Franchise Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute strategies for franchise sales and territory expansion, including market research, lead generation, and networking to identify potential franchisees.
Manage the entire franchise sales process from initial contact to signing, including presentations, discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.
Provide detailed information and guidance to potential franchisees regarding Next|Health's business model, operational requirements, and investment opportunities.
Organize and conduct informational seminars and webinars for prospective franchisees to foster interest and drive franchise sales.
Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with all national and international franchise regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities, franchise agreements, and communications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential franchisees to support their ongoing success and compliance with franchise standards.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and marketing strategies for franchise recruitment and brand expansion.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and processes effectively.

What You will Bring:
Well qualified individuals will posses the following;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development and sales, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations, both in the US and internationally.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Expected Compensation
The anticipated compensation for this role is highly competitive, starting at $80,000 annually. Additionally, there is potential to earn a commission exceeding 100% of the base salary, complemented by a range of supplementary benefits.
