Job Summary:
The Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for establishing and leading the FP&A function, developing financial strategies, and building a high-performing team to support the company’s growth and financial objectives. Reporting to the CFO, this role will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
·        Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
·        Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
·        Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.
·        Oversee cash flow forecasting and management
Strategic Financial Leadership:
·        Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
·        Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
·        Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation and improvement.
·        Support M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
·        Prepare and present financial analyses, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Board of Directors as needed. 
Operational Excellence:
·        Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure financial and operational performance.
·        Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, business planning, and risk management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
·        Work closely with business units and departments to provide financial support and guidance.
·        Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with GAAP.
·        Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the FP&A team and across the organization.
 
Minimum Requirements
·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
·       Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles.
·       PE experience
·       SaaS experience
·       Experience working with a Board of Directors
·       Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
·       A strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations
·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.
·       Proficiency in financial planning software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  Experience with Adaptive planning software is a plus.
