Who You Are:

We are seeking a motivated leader with the ability to collaborate effectively and help move the business forward with clients. The Director of Ad Operations will be responsible for designing the ad ops vision and strategies for Next Millennium. You will also provide oversight to a lean team of ad operations experts who will manage campaign execution successfully, ensure seamless delivery performance and provide stellar client service. 

What You’ll Do:

>> Plan and implement the operations needs of clients with an emphasis on optimization and client satisfaction
>> Design and implement ad operations strategies with a focus on product, partnerships and optimization
>> Become an expert in our internal ad product offerings 
>> Develop and maintain relationships with SSPs DSPs and other Programmatic partners to to strengthen NM’s influence and revenue
>> Monitor existing deals and partnerships to ensure that we are monetizing effectively and discovering any untapped additional revenue
>> Manage and develop a team of 2-3 ad ops analysts who will manage campaigns
>> Simplify and automate reporting and data collection processesLead client calls and meetings with an ad ops lens to deepen their understanding
>> Be a technical expert - dive into the weeds with troubleshooting, QA, and rectification of discrepancies and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

>> A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant industry experience
>> 5+ years of experience in ad operations working with clients 
>> 1+ years of experience leading or managing a team
>> Experience working with digital publishers is strongly preferred 
>> Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAgile and collaborative - can work with internal and external stakeholders
>> Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Comfortable telling a story with data
>> Strong technical aptitude - advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Xandr and other DSPs, SSPs and ad exchanges
>> Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other similar toolsExperience with databases like SQL or MongoDB
>> Experience or basic knowledge of Python is a plus
