What will you be doing day to day? 

The Support Chef role at N Family Club will be responsible for driving exceptionally high standards, in line with our wildly important goals, by supporting our chefs and working in partnership with other members of the support team. Through your support, guidance and operational rigour, you will ensure that all N policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

The Support Chef will work closely with the senior operations team to ensure that support for nurseries is targeted and effective, and that all standards are met. There will be a requirement to cover chef annual leave across N Family Club, which will take up seventy percent of this role. During this time, the focus will be on ongoing coaching and supervision of the apprentice chefs and compliance, particularly where there has been a change in Chef and where a nursery requires more senior oversight in the kitchen.

- £26,500- £35,750 (40h week) Plus £250 per month travel expense
- A performance related bonus of up to £1200 per year
