Key Responsibilities

    • Finance
    • Manage monthly financial operations, including timely and accuracy vendor and employee payments.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners.
    • Maintain well-organized financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
    • Collaborate with the Vietnam-based Finance team to provide local support.

    • Human Resources and Compliance Support:
    • Manage employee visas, work permits, and BOI compliance.
    • Administer company insurance policies.
    • Assist with the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
    • Collaborate with the Vietnamese Community Team on employee engagement programs.

    • Administration
    • Organize and maintain administrative files.
    • Serve as the primary contact for external vendors, negotiating contracts.
    • Create a welcoming guest experience and manage reception area duties.
    • Manage overall office presence and workspace.
    • Nurture relationships with key vendors and negotiate contract terms.
    • Manage general office administration tasks.

Your Qualities and Qualifications

    • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Proactive, results-oriented individual with a warm and approachable demeanor.
    • Positive and engaging personality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, including strong time management and the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting procedures.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or finance support roles.
    • Comfortable working fluently in both Thai and English.

    • Nice to have:
    • Experience in the technology, software, or startup industries.
    • Experience with BOI, visa/work permit procedures.
    • Familiarity with online banking systems.
    • Toeic score minimum 700
