We are looking Customer Success process professional to join NFQ and be a member of the team which is responsible for outstanding client experience and helping them succeed

In this role, you will

    • Be customers’ success process owner
    • Responsible for smooth customers’ success workflow and support for other team members
    • Provide data and information from ERP, CRM and other sources for making data driven decisions.

What you will bring

    • Strong experience in business analysis or process management (IT or telecommunications  business area)
    • Analytical thinker and data-driven decision believer
    • Advanced experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
    • Customer success (or Key account) management process understanding
    • Self-driven and proactive nature
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different people
    • Fluency in English
