As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist, you will architect our talent pipeline and craft seamless onboarding experiences that embody our "People First" ethos. You’ll use agile methodologies and data-driven insights to build teams powering global industry leaders. In this role, you will
- Own end-to-end recruitment – from role briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation
- Transform hiring strategies through quarterly talent analytics (time-to-hire, source efficacy, candidate experience)
- Design immersive onboarding covering NFQ’s agile principles, tech stacks, and career paths – ensuring Day 1 readiness with workstation setup (macOS/Windows, hardware, tool access)
- Champion compliance through documentation (NDA, GDPR, Engineering Code of Conduct)
- Automate talent workflows via integration (Slack)
What you will bring
- 3+ years in tech recruitment
- Proven impact managing full-cycle hiring for developers (Frontend/Backend, DevOps, QA)
- Tech fluency: Understanding of software roles
- Data agility: Experience translating recruitment metrics into strategy refinements
- Operational excellence in onboarding logistics (hardware provisioning, access setup)
- Proficiency in Lever and Zoho ATS
- Languages: Fluent English
- Growth mindset: Passion for iterative improvement and cross-department collaboration
