As a Business Analyst, you'll be the essential link between our clients and development team, offering a special opportunity to explore a wide range of projects across different industries. Join us in shaping the future of our projects!

In this role, you will

    • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and define product specifications
    • Analyze client business processes, identify inefficiencies, document requirements, and collaborate with the solution team
    • Communicate client needs clearly to the project team, ensuring the developed system meets business analysis requirements
    • Use tools like UML, BPMN diagrams, Use Cases, and User Stories to define and illustrate business requirements and processes
    • Collaborate closely with the project team to find the most effective solutions
    • Manage client expectations for the project outcome
    • Support clients in implementing new processes and managing the change effectively

What you will bring

    • At least 3 years of experience with BPMN or creating flowcharts for business processes analysis
    • Strong skills in requirements elicitation and analysis, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
    • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
    • Experience in preparing As-Is to To-Be flows and understanding of change management implementation
    • Ability to explain the overall goals and rationale of the team's work
    • Expertise in identifying underlying business problems and contributing significantly towards the development of effective solutions
    • Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken

Salary range: € 3040 - 4560 gross / month
