For our team working in an Agile software development environment, we are looking for a Product Manager with a strong analytical mindset and innovation focus, who will support us in successful product development and building the future of the Unit. In this role, you will

    • Work closely with Product Team to define the product vision, roadmap and strategy to develop NFQ internal products forward
    • Work closely with the stakeholders to prioritize features and maximize the business value
    • Be involved into strategic planning and tactical activities
    • Be responsible for product backlog management, including defining user stories and prioritization
    • Keep team’s focus on delivering value, balancing multiple requirements
    • Monitor progress, looking for improvements and make adjustments based on strategic goals

What you will bring

    • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in product development (Product Manager)
    • Proactive approach, getting things done, demonstration of accountability and ownership
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering requirements
    • Product development understanding, ability to create roadmap and working with conflicting priorities
    • Ability to negotiate, inspire and support stakeholders
    • Effective planning and decision making skills based on measurable outcome
    • Excellent written and spoken English and Polish
    • Positivity with a can-do approach
    • Team player attitude with hunger to learn new things
