In this multifaceted role, you will

    • Gaining insights into the intricacies of running a global technology-focused enterprise.
    • Oversee business operations, administrative duties, and ensure efficient office functionality.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company revenue goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
    • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with new clients to expand the company's client base.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare proposals, respond to tenders and prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content production, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and to support the development of effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Help to shape the company's business strategy, and provide insights based on your own experience to navigate the challenges and opportunities of building a successful business.
    • Engage in networking and represent NFQ at business events, showcasing our ethos and vision.
    • Progressively assume intricate responsibilities, preparing for your eventual role as an Entrepreneur in Residence and the management of your own P&L at one of our global offices.

Your contribution

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with a consistent track record of exceeding expectations.
    • Strong entrepreneurial drive, emphasizing business growth and innovative problem-solving.
    • Highly skilled in utilizing office technologies, including Google Suite, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
    • Fluency in English with professional proficiency.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an exceptional professional demeanor.
    • Strong management, administrative, and organizational skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Practical judgment and street-smart acumen are essential.
    • In depth experience in sales/business development in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of the IT industry and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia and MEA.
    • An excellent personal network in Saudi Arabia, ideally with the IT Industry and Government is a must.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with keen business acumen and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability and interest not only in the Sales aspect but also in building and scaling businesses in general.
