IT Project Manager

Vilnius/Kaunas
Delivery Department – Eta /
Full-time /
Hybrid
We are an 800+ strong team whose ideas underpin successful exits, IPOs, strong financial results and competitive advantages as well as novel processes, new business models and great user experiences. We focus on e-commerce, mobility, and transport & logistics, while always keeping an eye on emerging segments as well.

We rethink processes, business models and architecture, not to mention tech stacks. This approach opens doors for our people to find their own ways and solutions and bring their own ideas to life, learning and advancing both within and across teams and departments.

We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. We celebrate curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond code. We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments. And this is where we suggest starting today.

Now, we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join the ride. This isn’t your typical PM role — we’re after someone who’s quick to learn, thrives in ambiguity, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll need sharp analytical thinking to break down business cases, creativity to find new ways forward, and a strong focus on outcomes to keep up with our ambitious team. Most importantly, you should love complex challenges, value collaboration, and bring energy to every step of the process.

In this role, you will

    • Manage end-to-end IT multi-projects
    • Be responsible for project scope, timeline, budget, communication, and overall customer success
    • Act as a client partner by providing help and support to achieve their business goals
    • Analyze, evaluate, and understand business cases, and convert them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for delivery
    • Efficiently manage the project development process based on Agile methodology: prepare roadmaps and backlogs, implement Agile ceremonies, and identify risks and potential issues
    • Regularly assess team dynamics to foster motivation, engagement, and professional growth

What you will bring

    • Proven experience managing software development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
    • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies
    • Knowledge of business requirements gathering and analysis
    • Experience in stakeholder management and communication
    • Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
    • Experience in risk management and issue resolution
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability and willingness to find fair and balanced solutions for all involved parties
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment
    • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

What we offer

    • A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun
    • Health insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshops
    • Flexible working hours
    • Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy
    • Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team
    • Bonus for referrals
    • For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries
    • Office perks and team activities
Salary range: € 3040 - 4560 gross / month
