We are seeking new team members with expertise in the PRESALE CONSULTANT or  ERP CONSULTANT positions. In addition to collaborating with technical stakeholders, this role will work closely with Sales management, Business development, strategic planning, Project managers, and other stakeholders in both project and Presale contexts.

In this role, you will

    • Craft comprehensive technical solution proposals and deliver end-to-end solutions.
    • Lead large project teams with a focus on effective planning, management, and mentoring.
    • Effectively convey the vision, value, and belief in projects to various internal project stakeholders.
    • Leverage experience in managing vendor and partner relationships.
    • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, employing adaptive communication styles and effective negotiation skills.
    • Apply relevant experience in agile software development and DevOps Automation.
    • Demonstrate high-quality presentation and demonstration skills, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), workshops, Statement of Work (SOW) preparation, and responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
    • Contribute to market research and analysis, gathering insights about industry trends, client prospects, and requirements to enhance the quality and delivery of the demo stage.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the offered services to effectively collaborate with sales teams.
    • Understand and engage in the proposal bidding process for projects.
    • The other tasks are assigned by the line manager.

What you will bring

    • Graduated from University, majoring in IT field.
    • A minimum of 8 years in the role of ERP/IT Presales Consultant, focusing on Software/Cloud solutions.
    • Proficient in the IT industry with expertise across various domains such as: E-commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Pharma, F&B and Distribution.
    • Having work experience with ERP/ related projects.
    • Sales skill, Solving problems skill, Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill, able to make a demo of assigned products.
    • Customer-oriented, active, and open mind.
    • Very good at English, Vietnamese (and German is a plus).
