    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals.

What you will bring

    • Proven skills in direct collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders (3-4 years of experience throughout your entire recruitment experience, ideally within IT outsourcing or consulting companies).
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, skilled in aligning talent acquisition with business goals and continuously improving recruitment processes through analytics and feedback.
    • Deep expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement, with the ability to build strong pipelines through personalized, multichannel strategies (social media, events, referrals, etc.).
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across all levels, navigate change, and deliver timely, insightful updates.
    • Strong interview and assessment capabilities, with sound judgment and the ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills across diverse roles.
