For our international Business Development team we are looking for a Business Development Manager. Our team implements projects for global clients with sectors such as E-commerce, Logistics and Mobility. Here you would have a real impact on the company’s strategy and development as well as have the opportunity to work with an experienced team. In this role, you will
- Manage business development projects and processes
- Develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Design and implement company sales strategies
- Present our value proposition and/or service lines to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients and partners
- Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
- Take ownership of the entire sales process in order to achieve the highest revenue possible
- Collaborate with the international Business Development team and Delivery team
What you will bring
- 2-3 years of strong experience in IT area-specific B2B business development and sales in technology-related fields
- Experience in the international startup (preferred e-commerce)
- Proven track record with complex, executive-level sales processes
- A knack for locating new business opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
- Excellent ability to establish rapport and connect with leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts
- Hands-on experience using a CRM system for documenting customer interactions
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English

- Salary B2B: 17 200 - 26 000 PLN + VAT / Permanent: 14 300 - 21 600 PLN gross plus bonus based on performance. Your final salary agreement will be based on skills and experience evaluation
