We are looking Customer Success professional to join NFQ and be a member of the team which is responsible for outstanding client experience and helping them succeed

In this role, you will

    • Be a trusted advisor for the customer and person who is responsible for customer's success
    • Identify opportunities for account expansions and value maximization
    • Handle customer requests and issues through from the first contact to resolution
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What you will bring

    • 3 and more years of experience in a client-facing or  sales role (preferably in an IT or telecommunication business areas)
    • Relationship building skills and the ability to empathize with customers and their needs
    • Self-driven and proactive nature, ability to handle stressful, rapidly changing situations
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluency in English
