We are looking for a Business Development Manager to scale our business to the new markets and focus on the closure of new business leads.

In this role you will be

    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Obtain new business through qualified sales leads and customer referrals
    • Execute company sales strategies as directed
    • Present our value proposition and service lines to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients and partners
    • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
    • Close sales including all contractual requirements
    • Design win strategies with our sales operations and delivery teams
    • Steer the prospects, customers and our sales operations to achieve maximum revenue

What you will bring

    • 5+ years of strong experience in IT area specific B2B sales, business development, or technology related fields
    • Proven track record with complex, executive-level sales processes 
    • Good understanding of sales performance metrics
    • A knack for locating new business opportunities
    • Excellent selling, technical, and negotiating skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
    • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
    • A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations as part of a highly competitive, highly collaborative team
    • Excellent ability to establish rapport and connect with leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts
    • Hands-on experience using a CRM system for documenting customer interactions
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • In addition, you are a high-energy individual and strategic thinker. You have strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills and work using a structured selling process
    • Strong inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
